Diana is the Founder and Chief Story Architect of Vashti & Co., a boutique creative agency dedicated to stewarding meaningful stories with elegance, strategy, and purpose.
A leadership strategist, keynote speaker, and the pioneer of Story Architecture™ and Voice Protection™, she partners with authors, executives, and visionaries to transform lived experiences into timeless works that inspire, influence, and preserve legacy.
Known for her ability to uncover the heart of a story, Diana combines emotional intelligence, strategic insight, and literary craftsmanship to shape manuscripts with clarity, structure, and intention. Through Story Architecture™, she designs the strategic foundation of every book, guiding the reader's journey while preserving each author's authentic voice.
Drawing from decades of executive leadership, corporate communications, ministry, and public speaking, Diana brings a distinctive perspective to every project. Pablo Tejada
Pablo is an award-winning ECD with over 25 years of experience shaping brands across global markets. Throughout his career, he has partnered with leading international brands in roles spanning Sr. Creative Director, Art Director, Interactive and Product Designer, bringing a multidisciplinary approach that blends strategy, storytelling, and design excellence. His expertise spans custom art direction, UI/UX design, branding, and creative strategy, developed across global agencies, boutique studios, in-house teams, and nonprofit environments.
Known for translating complex ideas into compelling visual narratives, Pablo creates work that resonates across audiences and platforms with both clarity and intention. At Vashti & Co, he brings this elevated creative perspective to storytelling and brand development, helping authors and clients build meaningful, visually powerful identities that stand out in today’s publishing landscape.

Aaron is an emerging Dallas-based photographer and art director known for blending street, editorial, and publishing photography into visually striking narratives. His work captures a refined balance between authenticity and creative direction, bringing a distinct perspective to fashion, culture, and visual storytelling.
With experience spanning campaigns, editorial projects, and creative collaborations, Aaron’s photography has been featured across New York, Los Angeles, Dallas, and Japan, as well as widely shared across social platforms for clients in fashion and photography companies.
His growing body of work continues to shape a bold and intentional creative voice rooted in storytelling, atmosphere, and modern visual culture
